Beer masterclass
This eventful evening starts with a guided tour through the modern brewery and the authentic museum. After the tour, a refreshing appetiser with matching Brugse Zot will be waiting for you. Afterwards our chefs surprise you with a degustation of different beers in combination with home-made dishes.
After the main course, the guests get the chance to learn how to tap their own beer under the guidance of our beer sommelier. The one who can tap best will be rewarded with a fitting prize! We finish the dinner with a delicious dessert.
The complete formula includes:
- Three-course menu with choice of:
- Starter: Tortelloni / Tomato mozzarella / Shrimp stuffed tomato
- Main course: Grilled entrcote / Cod fillet / Fried pork fillet

Our formulas are available for groups of at least 30 people (except for the Hoppy Menu and Fermenting Fun).
We ask you to choose one dish within the menu for the entire group (except for the 'Halve Maan Buffet' and the 'Smokey Malt Grill').
For vegetarians there is a tasty alternative.
