Brewery visit

Visitors with reduced mobility or visual impairment

Our tour covers four floors and includes 220 steps, including two steep and narrow staircases. As a result, the tour is not suitable for visitors with limited mobility or visual impairment.

Especially for them, we have developed a digital tour. During this virtual tour, our guides and brewers will take you through the brewing process and history of our family brewery. You will have the same experience as other visitors, but without having to climb all the stairs.

We give you an experience box with an iPad, headphones and samples of the ingredients we use to brew our beers. Via the video on the iPad, you can watch the tour fully digital and at your own pace. Don't forget to order the free beer included.

Persons with hearing impairment

During our tour, you will get all the explanations from one of our guides, who will lead you through the brewery. You will also see photos and videos that further illustrate the story of our brewery.

Do you have an auditory disability? Then ask for a free text booklet at the start of the tour in our gift shop. That way you won't miss a single explanation during the tour. This text booklet is only available on location and not digitally. If you book a tour online, you can indicate at the time of booking that you would like a text booklet.

People accompanying visitors with a hearing impairment also need to buy a ticket for the tour.

How to get there

Our brewery is located on “het Walplein”, in the city centre of Bruges. It's not far from the Bruges railway station (NMBS) and is easily accessible by bicycle or on foot.

Are you travelling by car? Sadly, our brewery doesn’t have a parking. There are several private and public parking facilities near us. Please take the mobility plan and parking fees into account.

All information on mobility and traffic can be found on the website Brugge.be
